This group coaching transformation is an exciting transformative experience that allows you to also be a part of a community. 8 weeks of learning and implementing holistic nutrition practices into your daily life. A general nutrition program is given to each of the participants, lots of new knowledge on how to shed fat, create your best health, stabilize insulin levels, work on gut health, how to help balance hormones and more. We also focus on movement and fitness programs to help aid your in accomplishing your goals and shedding fat.
Mind set shifts tips and tricks are also implemented in helping you catapult your fitness and health goals.
The energetic body, how your energy, thoughts and beliefs are affecting your health and how we can alter and shift it for better results
